IOM Spring Regatta Results
Sunday October 22 we staged the Spring IOM Regatta at our favorite venue –Seaview Marina. Almost a full fleet turned up for the event. The weather was ‘summery’– sunny with a northerly wind. Although we could have used the ‘A’ rig we decided to err on the safe side and use the ‘B’ rig. The gusts were a bit heavy. It was good to see Les battling it out. Russell and Darrell both excelled and had some good tussles between themselves. They took the first 2 placings. Well done. The final points show that there was very little between most of the placings. Overall a great days sailing.
