Day 1 Winter Series All Class H/C Results
Sunday August 19 we held the re-scheduled Day 1 of the Winter Series All Class Handicap. Seaview Marina did us proud with great conditions, sunny, warm with a steady northerly, which suited the ‘A’ rig. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of skippers that turned up, as several others are over-seas. enjoying the ‘northern summer’. Great to see a new member arrive and achieve reasonably good results. Welcome to the fleet, Dave, ‘the more time you spend on the water the better you get’. The final results amazed me, 3 taking first place and the remainder not that far behind. Race Officer for the event was David, many thanks.
