Day 3 Winter Series AC15 Match Racing – Results
Sunday October 7 we held Day 3 of the Winter Series AC15 Match Racing at Lake Whitby. 5 Skippers arrived to be greeted with a withering Northerly, which promised to turn to the south later in the afternoon.Great to see Les on the water again after a long spell out of action. His sailing was smooth, but obviously lacked practice. The results show actually how close the finishes were —-2 firsts at 10 points and 2 seconds at 8 points (count-back was used to obtain the ranking) As usual we finished with a fleet race, and the racing was administered by Ed –thank you Ed.
