AC15 Summer Series Match Racing
Sunday February 3 we held the first day of the 2019 Summer series AC15 Match Racing at the Whitby Lake. It was another very pleasant summer day with a light, but relatively steady, Northerly,. ‘A’ rigs were in fashion for this event. Unfortunately, there were only 3 competitors in attendance, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The boats were very evenly matched. (for a change) . We finished, as usual with a 3 lap fleet race. David managed to squeak in with 14 points followed very closely by both Darrell and Ron.
