IOM Autumn Regatta at Whitby
An All day regatta on Sat 14 May.
Very Blustery conditions today with all sailors staring on A Rig, which was all good except for the occasional overpowering Gust.
A Handicap start was used to keep the finishes close.
By Lunchtime the wind speed had increased as forecast, so 3 of 5 sailors moved to B sails.
And by Mid afternoon the rain started, but now the wind was occasionally drooping to next to nothing making for tricky sailing in changeable conditions.
Very close at the top of the leader board, and the bottom was close as well.
